Our Lamb

 

We are proud members of the Island Grown Farmers Cooperative, which was founded in 2002 to support small family farms producing humanely raised and processed livestock on the islands of Puget Sound. Our lamb is USDA approved.

  • Lollipop Rib Chops

    Our rib chops are “lollipop” style, and packaged 4 per package. Weights will range from .5 pounds to 1 pound per package.

  • Ground Lamb

    Approximately 1 pound Packages.

  • Leg of lamb

    Offered in whole or half, bone-in or boneless. Weights vary from 2-6 LBS.

  • Lamb Shanks

    Our lamb shanks are bone-in and cracked for flavor. Delicious for slow cooking in recipes like Osso Bucco. Two shanks per package with weights ranging from 1.5 - 2.5 pounds

  • Lamb Stew Meat

    Perfect braising pieces cut from lamb shoulder. Approximately 1 pound Packages.

  • Shoulder Roast

    Shoulder roasts are the perfect cut for slow braising recipes.

  • Lamb Heart, Liver, Kidney and Tounge

    We sell an assortment of lamb heart, liver, kidney, and tongue.

  • Lamb Sausages

    Select from three lamb sausage flavors, Sweet Italian, Breakfast Links, and Hot Italian.

  • Lamb Kebab

    Tender and lean kebab pieces are cut from leg of lamb. Approximately 1 pound Packages.

  • Loin Chops

    Thick-cut and perfect for grilling. Approximately 1 pound Packages.
